Hours of Operation

Standard Hours

  • Drop off and pick up hours: 8:00am to 10:00am and 4:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday thru Saturday.  4:00pm to 6:00pm only on Sundays.
  • Drop off and pick up outside of standard hours can be arranged with advance notice (additional fee applies – see Boarding Fees)
  • Kennel viewing hours: during drop off and pick up hours or by appointment

Reservation Booking and Appointments

  • Reservation booking is required and can be made by contacting us, Monday through Saturday 8:00am till 6:00pm
  • Early reservations are strongly recommended during peak periods (summer months) and over holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years) as these times will book up 2-4 weeks in advance
  • There is a minimum 3 day charge when booking over a statutory holiday
 We are fully booked from December 22nd to December 28th.  Please check back at a later date. Thanks!
Please note: There is no pick up or drop off on Christmas eve (4-6 pm), Christmas Day or New Years Day and a minimum charge of 3 days applies during the Christmas season.
