Check-in Requirements
All pet owners are required to provide:
- Personal information
- name, address, phone number
- Emergency contact information
- alternate phone number while away
- vet information
- last vaccination dates
- Pet information that may be helpful in their ongoing care
- pet habits
- personality traits
- recent illnesses
Vaccinations
All pets must have the following vaccination at least one week prior to checking in:
- Rabies
- Distemper
- Parvovirus
- Hepatitis
- Para-influenza
- Bordetella
All vaccines must be current. Signed veterinarian papers must be shown during check in.
